Job Description:
- Sales Coordinator primarily assists the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules, logistics arrangement and distribution of any sales documentation.
- Preparing monthly sales forecast and sales report, weekly / monthly reports for data analysis
- Must liaise between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s
- needs, cost and time restraints.
- Must be able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
- Must also be able to work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop
- sales strategy accordingly.
- Ensure shipments to achieve monthly /quarterly target
- Supporting the field sales team
- Tracking sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled and ship out on time
- Bridge between customer's logistic team and company's supply chain
- Coordinates with Sales Team , Supply chain , Marketing, Finance and Product Development
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma with at least 1 year experience as sales coordinator
- Must be organised and possess a high level of administration ability to effectively manage paperwork.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize and execute (good time management)
- Ability to perform under pressure and stressful conditions
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently and a good team player
- Proficiency in Microsoft office/excel & other related software related to sales operation
