Job scope
The Head of Business. S.E.A. is responsible to provide leadership and management that demonstrate the vision, mission and core values of the Group.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall Group P&L & performance in Southeast Asia markets
- Develop and implement business strategies, driving the Group to achieve its goals and objectives in the S.E.A market
- Lead the Senior Management Team to grow and build an industry leading organization
- Align all business practices, objective & goals with Group HQ in Hong Kong
- Assess financial and legal risks of the Group and ensure all the risks are minimized
- Drive profitability & growth for the Group
- Drive the Company’s digitalisation initiatives
Minimum requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- At least 20 years of executive level operational experience required (experience in regional F&B operations would be an added advantage)
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of employees
- Able to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment
- Able to build long-term and short-term strategies
- As the Head Representative of S.E.A., rgular interactions with Executive Management Team in Hong Kong is required, ability to speak the Cantonese dialect is necesary
