What You'll Do:
- Carry out comprehensive predictive and preventive maintenance on 400kV & 230kV network equipment that includes building, switchgear, transformers, reactors, cables and their auxiliaries
- Supervise contractors in network equipment retrofitting, overhauling, maintenance and repair work
- Responsible for safe and efficient operations at worksites
- Supervise and train Technicians
- Assist in planning, preparation of cost estimates and coordinating of major cable diversion work, equipment and cable fault repair work
- Assist in 230kV and 400kV switching operations and isolation works
- Calling quotations for adhoc purchase and assist in preparing tender specifications
- Collect statistics, prepare reports / letters and update database
- Attend to 230 / 400kV alarms and faults during and after office hours
- Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned
What You'll Need:
- Relevant Diploma in Engineering field from a local Polytechnic
- A team player with good working attitude and basic computer knowledge
