- Responsible for recruitment, work pass administration, annual appraisals, Training & Development, and Employee Engagement activities.
- Perform monthly payroll, income Tax clearance, CPF and IR8A submission.
- Manage staff benefits such as leave, medical, insurance claims, NS make-up pay, and government-paid leaves.
Requirements:
- Diploma in HRM or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in doing full spectrum of HR duties in healthcare industry.
- Good knowledge of HR principles and practices including the Employment Act.
