We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Direct Response Marketing Intern to assist with our marketing campaigns. The Direct Response Marketing Intern will work closely with our marketing team to create, implement, and manage marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and generate leads.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of direct response marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising.
- Ideating & conceptualizing ads for Facebook, Instagram, Google and Tiktok
- Includes both image and video ads
- Conduct market research and analyze customer data to optimize campaign performance.
- Conduct Competitor Research & Analysis.
- Use existing tools to learn more about what brands in the same industry are doing
- Bring learnings into Hydragun to help it improve its own digital marketing efforts
- Create and edit marketing materials, including email templates, social media posts, and ad copy.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, including metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
- Analysis of real-time data on the Ads Manager dashboard
- Learn how to provide recommendations and analyze statistics and results
- Metrics: ROAS, Click-through rates, cost per purchase, conversion rates
- Analysis of real-time data on the Ads Manager dashboard
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, writers, and developers, to ensure campaign deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Working together with the Creative team and external content creators to come up with short-form video ads, static image ads, long-form video ads
- Copywriting, Scripting
- Copywriting of Ad headlines and primary text for Facebook Ads
- Scripting of Facebook/Instagram/Tiktok Videos
- Maintain a deep understanding of our target audience, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Previous experience in direct response marketing or related field is a plus.
This is a paid internship position that will provide valuable experience in direct response marketing and the opportunity to work with a talented and dynamic marketing team.
