Responsibilities:
Full spectrum of managing foreign workers (including transfers, resignation, dormitories and other HR related matters)
· Recruitment of foreign workers and liaise with recruitment agencies.
· Involve in yearly appraisal exercise and this includes preparing promotion & salary increment letters.
· Handle MOM Work Pass related matters including Work Pass application, renewal, transfer and cancellation and update of foreign workers’ particulars. This includes preparing renewal contract.
· Handle foreign workers external trainings, medical insurances & work injuries claim matters.
· Prepare monthly reports.
· Provide support on initiatives and in any project, implementation assigned by Head of Department.
