The Job:
- Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company's business objectives
- Create engaging content, manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising
- Identify and track key performance indicators and provide regular reporting on social media metrics
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Supports and assists Marketing department with the setup, facilitation and completion of marketing events.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends
- Collaborate with other teams such as marketing, sales, and product development to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives
- Performs some administrative tasks such as updating spreadsheets, collating and maintain business contacts in directory, preparing of marketing proposals / reports, marketing budgets or any other ad-hocs tasks as required by the department.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Marketing, Advertising or any other related field.
- Preferably 1-2 year of working experience of eCommerce or Digital Marketing experience
- Good knowledge and hands-on experience with ad campaigns on all different marketing channels
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Familiar with any form of social media or email marketing platforms will be an added advantage
- Resourceful, and enthusiastic about taking on-board new challenges
- Organized and able to keep within given deadlines with minimal supervision
