As a Facilities Manager (Total Water Management), Your job purpose and resposibilities is / to:
- Be an Overall in-charge of the Site Ultrapure Water and Waste Water Treatment Plant
- Be Responsible to manage operation and maintenance of Ultrapure Water, Water reclamation and Waste water treatment System
- Be Responsible to manage the disposal of hazardous substances
- Provides day-to-day leadership and works with team to ensure a high performance work environment and adhering the quality standard set
- Develop strategy, planning and execution of Water Conservation program.
- Execute expansion project to support Fab Ramp-up
- Conduct review of Facility Robustness Methodology (FRM) study and implement robustness improvement to maintain redundancy and capacity of utilities system.
- Direct and drive cost optimization programs through the development and management of utility reduction initiatives, process optimization, productivity improvement
- Interface with ST Front-End Operations worldwide for mutual benchmarking, exchange and support
- Lead and inspire the team toward the Lean Culture Change
You are suitable for this role if you are/ have:
- Bachelor Degree / post graduate qualification in appropriate field of study with at least 7-10 years relevant work experience
- Experienced in Semiconductor industry with proven working experience in project management in facilities infrastructure
- Familiar with ISO Auditing requirements
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
