Responsibilities:
· Perform incoming OEM & raw materials inspection.
· Conduct daily in-process QC inspections at production lines and monitor critical control points.
· Inspect facilities, equipment, products, or production lines to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards.
· Conduct routine microbiological & sensory tests on finished products.
· Provide support for R&D projects and assist in preparing samples.
· Assist in reviewing and maintaining FSSC22000/ISO22000 documentation.
· Maintain records related to traceability (raw materials, finished goods inspection, packaging, etc.).
· Conduct fortnightly factory inspections.
· Perform monthly verification of monitoring devices (weighing scales, thermometers, etc.).
· Coordinate with pest control company for routine pest control management.
· Fulfill general duties as required.
Job Specifications:
· Candidate must possess at least an ITE or a Diploma in Food Science & Technology or a minimum of O Level qualification.
· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
· A team player with initiative, drive, and good communication skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
· Possesses a positive working attitude and be firm in maintaining QC standards.
· Able to work overtime.
· Physically able to lift and carry up to 3-5kg of goods.
