Salary + Commissions: $2,200/month + Commissions (Up $500)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high standards of customer service
- Ensure that our customers are comfortable, welcome and courteously served
- Achieve the agreed standards on the sales floor including fitting room, till and service zone at all times
- Maximize sales through effective management of departmental stock and size availability to facilitate layout planning
- Accurate stock movement’s administration, e.g. delivery check, stock transfer.
- Count merchandise and complete administrative document efficiently and accurately
- Operate the till (handling of cash and credit cards) with the correct procedures, achieving high level of efficiency and accuracy
- Make use of the product knowledge to suggest products and promote product benefits to customers in order to drive sales
Requirements:
- At least 0-3 years of experience the similar industry, preferably in Sports and/or lifestyle chain stores
- Motivated team player with cheerful disposition and strong desire to achieve.
- Possess good communications skills and be sales driven
- Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work retail hours (i.e Shift work, Public Holidays and weekends)
