Overview
- In this role, you’ll contribute to develop customer success content and strengthen consulting position in the minds of customers. You’ll be engaging Regional/Functional Leaders as part of the process to delivering the desired outcomes, and devising effective engagement activities to amplify these content.
- To succeed in the role, you’ll need to be an individual who enjoys storytelling, content creation (particularly video content), always striving for excellence and breakthroughs, and has a learner’s mindset.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to deliver a portfolio of customer success content, ensuring end output meets business objectives.
- Creating content spanning written, visual, presentation and video assets.
- Driving and amplifying content across appropriate channels.
Requirements
- Diploma in Communications / Media or similar field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong core technical skills, including writing, digital content creation, graphics work, project management.
- Competent in Adobe Premier Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator/ like digital SW tools.
