Job Description:
- Handle MOM work pass (Employment Pass, S Pass) related applications and renewals.
- Handle submission of government-paid claims, e.g. Childcare leave, Paternity Leave, etc.
- Preparation of employment contracts, confirmation letters, exit docs, etc.
- Handle day-to-day HR administrative work, e.g. timely update of employees’ leave applications, insurance claims, etc.
- With Payroll experience
- General administrative support, reception work (when necessary), etc.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement:
- Eligible to Diploma in HRM
- Minimum 5 year working experience
- Good knowledge of MS Office and office management software
- Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information
Additional information:
- Working days: Monday to Friday
- Able to handle travel arrangement will be an advantage
- Salary up to $3500 (Depending on Experience)
- Located in Raffles Place
