Customer Service Officer
Qualification :
1.Candidates must posses at least an O Level, Poly or equivalent
2.At least 1 years of working experience in Airline or Airfreight industry
3.Discipline, success-driven and able to work under pressure
4.Excellent communication skill & proficiency in English both written and spoken
Job Responsibilities :
1.Handling inquiries with airlines & customer service information, tracing of shipments, problem resolution and claims matter
2.Booking of shipments for customers and replying emails
3.Provide solutions for improving customer service quality and assist when necessary
