Technology Sales Manager (FinTech / Banks)
Our client is experiencing robust growth partnering with elite FinTech and Banks backed by top investors is now hiring a Tech Sales here in their Singapore office.
Reporting to the New Business Development VP, the primary duties of this role will involve cultivating prospects, qualifying and guiding them to closure, and executing a plan to surpass sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Master products, engage prospects with insights, and nurture meaningful relationships.
- Collaborate on sales plan, set metrics and monitor for target achievement.
- Strategically build and qualify sales pipeline based on the targeted customer profile.
- Guide prospects to closure through persistent and respectful engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, leveraging market understanding for product enhancement.
The successful Technology Sales Manager (FinTech / Banks) will have 4+ years in prospecting and qualifying leads within the B2B enterprise space for FinTech / Banks across online and offline channels.
Key Requirements:
- Demonstrated success consistently surpassing B2B enterprise sales targets in FinTech and Banking
- Proficient in negotiation and adept at handling objections, foreseeing and mitigating sales issues proactively
- Attentive listener, progressive qualifiers adept at guiding the right set of prospects towards successful outcomes
- Passionate about surpassing sales targets, the ideal candidate excels in building and nurturing prospects
- Solid organisational and time-management skills
