Job Highlights:

Job Responsibilities:
- 1 to 1.5 level installation, configuration, troubleshooting and support of MacBook, desktop, laptops, printers, projectors, access control equipment, Network devices, scanners, plotters, IP telephony systems
- Installation of software and troubleshooting related problems
- Perform troubleshooting for MacOS
- Remote desktop support
- Perform install, move, add or change (IMAC) at the desktop/laptop/MacBook level.
- Coordination with various levels (C levels, VP, and any employee) of the company’s business team.
- IT Asset Administration, ITIL processes or practices adherence
- Other activities: Isolation of desk-side LAN cabling issues, assistance to users on desktop data backup, WindowsOS and MacOS configurations baselining – patch/virus/spy-ware signature management as per company’s defined guidelines, configure network drives, security protocols, customize rollouts & secure-jet settings, coordinate preventive maintenance of IT equipment from respective vendors.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess either NITEC/Diploma/ Degree in IT or equivalent studies.
- Preferably with a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in relevant role.
- Experience and knowledgeable on MS office, Win XP, Win 7, etc.
- Knowledge of MacOS is required.
- Experience with the concepts of basic LAN/WAN networking infrastructure
- Good communication and inter-personal skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Customer Service best practise.
