Position: Managing Director
Salary Range: $9,000 - $12,000
Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Managing Director to join our dedicated team. As the Managing Director, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of the company's operations. Your role will encompass the following key responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage and oversee the daily operations of the company.
- Manage company’s website construction and E-commerce Platform.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends and business strategies.
- Play a key role in selecting products for the company's portfolio.
- Curate product selections and conduct competitive analysis for optimal market positioning.
- Analyze and monitor the competitive landscape to ensure the company's competitiveness.
- Manage the company's financial activities and contribute to strategic decision-making.
- Develop and implement effective financial plans to ensure the company's financial success.
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Coordinate logistics and manage local import and export documentation.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of working experiences.
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Management or equivalent field.
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, budgetary and project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and development.
- Excellent communication skills, able to speak Chinese/English fluently and communicate with Chinese/local smoothly.
- Willing to go on oversea business trips, long-term stay at overseas may be required. International work experience, will be advantageous.
