Member Relations Officer

Saf Warrant Officers And Specialists Club, The

As a Member Relations Officer, you shall be responsible (but not limited) to perform the following duties:


Bungalow/Chalet Bookings

  • Manage the front desk at the reception office and address enquiries on club information, membership, facilities, events, and bungalow/chalet bookings.
  • Manage bungalow/chalet bookings and guests’ check-in/check-out procedures.
  • Manage the bungalow/chalet daily inventory and coordinate with the housekeeping/maintenance team to maintain the bungalow/chalet in best condition at all times.
  • Monitor and administer bungalow/chalet calendar and bookings.

Events Promotion & Bookings

  • Work closely with the Events Officers to promote events organised by the club.
  • Facilitate and manage events bookings and payments.

Membership & Customer Service

  • Process new membership and all members-related applications.
  • Perform verification checks for guests using the club’s database and records.
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints, and provide the necessary service recovery when required.

Others

  • Process cash, NETS, and credit card transactions.
  • Perform any other duties as and when assigned by your Executive and Manager.
  • Manage inventories and sales of BBQ items for Bungalow/Chalet

Job Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum O or N level certificate
  • Some administrative experience in a similar capacity is an advantage
  • Good written and spoken communication skills
