As a Member Relations Officer, you shall be responsible (but not limited) to perform the following duties:
Bungalow/Chalet Bookings
- Manage the front desk at the reception office and address enquiries on club information, membership, facilities, events, and bungalow/chalet bookings.
- Manage bungalow/chalet bookings and guests’ check-in/check-out procedures.
- Manage the bungalow/chalet daily inventory and coordinate with the housekeeping/maintenance team to maintain the bungalow/chalet in best condition at all times.
- Monitor and administer bungalow/chalet calendar and bookings.
Events Promotion & Bookings
- Work closely with the Events Officers to promote events organised by the club.
- Facilitate and manage events bookings and payments.
Membership & Customer Service
- Process new membership and all members-related applications.
- Perform verification checks for guests using the club’s database and records.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints, and provide the necessary service recovery when required.
Others
- Process cash, NETS, and credit card transactions.
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned by your Executive and Manager.
- Manage inventories and sales of BBQ items for Bungalow/Chalet
Job Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum O or N level certificate
- Some administrative experience in a similar capacity is an advantage
- Good written and spoken communication skills
