Job Description
- Work closely with the contractors, vendors and subcon to understand requirements and schedule of on-going projects (Residential/Commercial).
- To ensure the projects are progressing efficiently and effectively.
- Solve On-site Issues, address customer's renovation issues/problems
- Liaising with contractors/subcon on modification, changes and others.
- Basic site measurement required.
- Ensuring timely and accurate delivery for each project.
- Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
The Ideal Candidate
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Offices (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good leadership to teammember.
- Resourceful, motivated and responsible individual.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Must have minimum 3 years of experience in the renovation requirements & procedures
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
- Proficiency in English/Mandarin Language.
