Period: 1 year contract (Renewable/Convertible)
Location: Boon Lay
Working Hours: Mon – Fri (7:30am-5:15pm)
Salary: Up to $2800
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive parts from Central Store.
- Issue parts to Plant for production and external vendors for sub-out.
- Receive parts from Plant, QC and VQ into inventory.
- Updating of transactions in SAP. (issue & receipt)
- Preparation of parts and arrange for delivery to other plants.
- Cycle counting of parts in storage.
- Proper filing of store documents, e.g. Cycle Counting Reports, MTN, Production Pick Lists, Route Cards, Job Cards, etc.
- Oversee stuffing of containers for overseas deliveries.
- Prepare shipping marks and stickers for overseas deliveries.
- Raise pull request for packing materials for overseas deliveries.
- General Ad-Hoc task assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements:
- Minimum NITEC
- Willing to do OT
- Prefer warehouse/storekeeper experience.
- SAP knowledge is added advantage.
