The Head of Operations is responsible for the management and operational aspecs of the department, ensuring the producivity and profitability of the business.
Job Description
- Manage and oversee the entire operations of Genki Sushi stores
- Implement customer service standards through working closely with the key team members
- Ensure product and services training, transfer of knowledge and skills, and culture building
- Lead a team to handle store management
- Implement key marketing programmes to achieve the Company's targets and grow the relationships with customers
- Achieve store sales and profit targets through sales motivation and cost management, and make timely decisions to constantly improve and/or retify
- Conduct research on competitors' activities and pricing and develop strategies to enhance sales performance and brand positioning
- Manage P&L at operation level and budget preparation
- Recommend new store locations and handle new store opening projects
- Enforce brand standards, policies and procedures
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in business-related fields
- At least 10 years of relevant working experience (experience in fast growing Japanese chain restaurants/quick service restaurants will be an added advantage)
- Strong commercial sense, leadership and entrepreneur mind-set with sound analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent communication and people management skills to build and maintain strong team spirit
- Able to lead change and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
