Job Summary:

Assist the Volunteer Management department with volunteer enquires and data management.


Principal Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Assist in handling volunteer enquiries
  • Verification of volunteer particulars
  • Work with MOW coordinators on volunteer deployment
  • Maintaining of volunteer data
  • Assist with the volunteer briefing
  • Collate survey feedback on volunteer experience
  • Assist in volunteer deployment for TOUCH Giving Festival and logistic

Essential Qualifications:

  • Diploma holder in any discipline
  • At least 1 year of experience in project, stakeholder and budget management
  • For candidates who are looking for long term employment can be considered for conversion to a permanent opportunity.
