1. Fully responsible for the guidance and management of the projects under the leadership of Directors.
2. Review the organization plan, overall plan, monthly plan, step-by-step acceptance results, completion acceptance,
project settlement of the construction, etc.
3. Responsible for the formulation of quality standards for the company’s engineering projects and quality management standards for the specific projects.
4. Responsible for organizing the management of project progress, quality, cost and safe construction, finding and
handling emergencies.
5. Responsible for reviewing the project schedule, fund plan, materials, equipment procurement and entry plan.
6. Participate in the plan formulation and negotiation of new and major projects, review and accept various
projects, and ensure that the quality and cost meet the predetermined target requirements.
Job Requirement:
1. Able to Communication in English and Mandarin (in order to liaise with Chinese speaking only vendor and staff).
2. Minimum Diploma of Engineering or relavant discipline.
3. Minimum 10 years of working experience in the construction industry.
4. Professional experience in site construction management.
5. Familiar with the construction and installation of the projects, as well as the knowledge and process of engineering quality supervision.
6. Proficient in various drawing software such as 3DMAX, AutoCad, Photoshop, Sketchup, etc.
