Responsibilities
• To monitor key accounts in terms of revenue forecasting, gross margin & variance analysis.
• Implementing cost standards for material and labour
• Coordinates a completely new project set up & assures follow-through support。
• Responsible for the key cost accounting work including product costing, variance analysis (Work Order/ COGS) and perform month end closing
Prepare COGS, production report & expenses detail for top management & global team to review.
• Perform accurate physical inventory account and monitor inventory movement to ensure proper inventory management.
• To prepare aging & obsolete inventory report and work closely with operation team to evaluate the inventory risk.
• Oversee monthly physical inventory
• Responsible for any issue that arising from inter-company transfer.
• Perform ad hoc duty & assignment
• Quarterly cost allocation review.
Requirements
• Must possess good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
• Must be independent, pro-active, resourceful, detailed and able to work hands-on under tight deadlines
• Proficient in SAP is mandatory
• Able to communicate with China counterpart, and stakeholder to understand process
