HR Executive

Asia Tunnelling & Construction Pte Ltd


1. Develop and implement HR operations strategies aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives. Ensure that HR operations processes and systems support the company's growth and scalability.


2.Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including job posting, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the selection process. Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and effective hiring experience.


3.Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and conflict resolution. Foster positive employee relations and engagement.


4. Implement the performance management process in goal setting, performance appraisals, and providing guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters. Ensure consistency and fairness in performance evaluations.


5. Manage employee total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits administration, employee well-being, recognition & reward, and work environment.


6.Develop and improve onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a positive experience for new hires and departing employees. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth transitions.


7.Develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. Ensure adherence to data privacy and security standards.


8.Manage HR data and analytics, including employee records, benefits information, compensation data, and performance metrics. Generate regular reports and provide insights to support decision-making and compliance requirements.


9. Continuously assess and improve HR processes, identifying areas for automation, standardization, and streamlining. Implement best practices and leverage technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.


10. Lead or participate in various HR projects and initiatives, such as implementing HRIS systems, improving HR processes, or supporting organizational development efforts. Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholders.


11.Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and employees. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR initiatives are effectively communicated and integrated into business operations.


12.Manage relationships with HR service providers, such as recruitment agencies, payroll & employee management software vendors, benefits providers, and background check agencies. Evaluate vendor performance, negotiate contracts, and ensure service level agreements are met.


13. As part of the HR HQ function in Singapore, to oversee the group’s HR and administrative requirement in Singapore and also regionally.
