Opportunity for a resourceful human resources generalist to support Aztech's HR team in important functions such as recruitment, training and development, and organizational development. This position will be based in the HQ and will be required to work closely with the HR team in China and Malaysia.
Responsibilities
- Participate in development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and ongoing reports for company requirements
- Assist with full spectrum of HR operations such as Recruitment, Performance Appraisals, onboarding/ offboarding and compliance.
- Review and propose new procedures and policies for improving employee experience as well as the efficiency of Group HR
- Address employee issues such as absenteeism, grievances, performance and conduct matters
- Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contribute to policy development
- Assist with other ad-hoc projects
Requirements
- Recognised Degree/ Diploma in Business, Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Ideally at least 3 years of experience in supporting end-to-end HR processes
- Sound knowledge of employment and labour laws
- Proficient in MS Office application (i.e. Words, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must
- Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, and cultural awareness
- Resourceful and meticulous and an effective team player
- Able to multi-task and work independently
