Our client is an European MNC in Manufacturing and MRO Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a HR & Finance Manager to join their HR and Finance Team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West area – easily accessible.
Duties of HR & Finance Manager:
- Lead financial closing and analysis.
- Work with external partners (banks, auditors) and prepare financial reports.
- Manage taxes and payments.
- Guide the team and support the managing director in financial matters.
- Handle all HR processes, from recruitment to development and administration.
- Collaborate on local and global HR initiatives.
- Assist with training and development.
- Act as a liaison with government agencies and external legal counsel when needed.
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy or related
- At least 5 years relevant experience with both Finance and HR functions
- Experience in Manufacturing / MRO Industry is an added advantage
- Knowledge of Swiss GAAP, Singapore labour law, IFRS and Singapore Tax
