- Support projects and programs assigned independently
- Activities centralized around resource and work planning and control, budget management, change management and service delivery quality control
- Involve updating data in MS Access, analysis of complex data and policy records from multiple systems, and validation of benefit calculations.
- Support Investigative work areas and duties as assigned by Supervisor
