- Location: Stadium Drive
- Salary: $5000 - $6000
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6pm
- 2 years contract position with chance of extension or conversion to perm
Responbilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Aid in preparing periodic management reports (e.g., AP aging, statistical payment reports) for internal departments.
- Perform reconciliations for all payment methods to maintain accurate records.
- Assist in preparing and submitting statutory/management reports within specified deadlines while maintaining up-to-date accounts payable information, files, and records for compliance and auditing purposes.
- Contribute inputs for Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) reviews and process improvements.
- Handle ad-hoc duties such as facilitating audits, as assigned by the AP Team Lead.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualifications.
- Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience.
- Strong time management skills to consistently meet reporting deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction and issue resolution in a professional manner.
- Solid understanding of SB FRS (Singapore Financial Reporting Standards).
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel.
- Familiarity with WORKDAY ERP systems is advantageous.
