Responsibilities:
- Assist Workshop Manager in managing the bus workshop and supplies store efficiently and effectively
- Manage and achieve the targets set for the workshop's key performance indicators
- Manage deployment of resources to optimise costs and enhance productivity
- Ensure workshop staff complies with all workshop procedures, safety regulations, directives and work instructions strictly
- Review and continually drive improvements in workshop operations with innovative ideas in order to enhance operational excellence
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Engineering Diploma in relevant discipline or equivalent, with 5 years of relevant working experience
- Sound engineering knowledge and proficient in MS Office
- Committed, independent and highly motivated with drive
- Able to adapt and work independently under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
