Job Description

  • Support/lead strategic project pursuits from group and/or from regional including MAC/MAIC (Main Automation Contractor/ Main Automation & Information Contractor) opportunities.
  • Work closely with regional for sales opportunity identification, developing opportunity specific sales strategy and by providing sales support in terms of techno-commercial discussions, overall technical offering, commercial competitiveness.
  • Lead the periodic external engagements with the assigned accounts (global/local) for account management activity updates, support requirement identification, issue resolution, etc.
  • Lead the periodic internal account review meetings for assigned major accounts (global/local) in co-ordination with account team(s) and local country account teams.
  • Lead & manage periodic technology update/roadmap sessions for the assigned accounts (global/local) by close collaboration with SMEs.
  • Support other account management activity such as frame agreement dissemination/rollouts to regional office.

Education

  • Highest Qualification : Degree / Diploma Engineering

Experience

  • Min. 15 years’ experience in sales/sales support in the oil & gas industry
  • Regional exposure especially South-East Asia market
  • Deep insights to market and competitors’ approach

Knowledge / Professionals Skills

  • Experience/exposure to Oil & Gas project pursuits including MAC (Main Automation Contractor)
  • Familiarity with ICSS and Level 3 applications (ability to conduct first level of customer engagement about company high level overall offering which will open the doors for more detailed follow-up discussions by SMEs)
  • Ability to review/negotiate contractual terms

Personal Attributes

  • Effective communicator with strong convincing skills
  • Ability to work well across different country environments in Southeast Asia region
