Responsibilities:
- Develop new sales opportunities and build rapport in new accounts
- Responsible for identifying a customer's needs, pitching relevant products or services, and ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish
- Manage building of new accounts
- Manage and keep track of own KPI.
- Any ad-hoc duties as required
Requirement
- Sales driven and possess strong interest in recruitment industry
- Preferably have a good network in outsourcing model.
- Preferably with MNC contacts.
- Comfortable to work in fast pace environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
