Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to regional IT support requests from end-users.
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, storage systems, network equipment, and other data center hardware.
- Troubleshoot and promptly resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Provide both remote and on-site assistance for technical inquiries.
- Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems, software, and peripherals.
- Analyze recurring issues to implement permanent solutions.
- Collaborate with IT teams to address complex problems.
- Occasional Travel Required to Oversea Offices.
Job Requirements:
- Min. Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or similar will be an advantage.
- Experience in set up Data Centre will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Managing network equipment, like Cisco and Cisco Meraki will be an advantage.
