Job Description & Requirements


Responsible for the material purchasing, equipment sourcing, pricing negotiations, procurement, provision of stock management support to the projects team via proper planning, and coordination of shipment and delivery of materials and products, including stock planning and management, and effective logistics and store management.


Job Responsibilities


Processing and handling of outgoing purchase orders and incoming invoices as per internal purchase requisitions;


Conduct pricing negotiations, sourcing of material supply and other accessories to support the project team with reduced cost and effective scheduled delivery;


Effectively manage incoming shipments in terms of timing and cost management;


Manage just-in-time incoming deliveries; minimize stocks storage costs;


Coordinate delivery of finished products and parts to customers;


Ensure the proper control of stock movement, including management of spares inventory;


Ensure all order processing is carried out to meet quality and delivery requirements;


Issue order confirmation to customers;


Ensure incoming materials are checked in accordance with procedures and are properly identified, marked, and stored;


Ensure the stocks in the store are checked at regular intervals to detect deterioration and fitness for use;


Manage and monitor the return of unused equipment back to common stock; ensure no committed stocks at each project’s close and


Maintain stock reports and documents related to procurement, shipping, and stock inventory in the store.
