Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
1. Perform delivery / collection / loading / unloading / packing of goods
2. Ensure products are effectively protected during loading, unloading and delivery
3. Ensure goods are delivered on time as accordance to delivery routes and time schedule
4. Follow the road regulations and safety standards
5. Follow company policies and procedures related to delivery operations. Uphold a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
5. Interact professionally with store staff and customers during deliveries. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive representation of the company
6. Conduct routine inspections of the delivery vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Report any issues or maintenance needs promptly
7. Complete all necessary paperwork, including delivery logs, mileage records, and other documentation as required. Keep accurate records of delivered goods
8. Perform any other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
1. Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
2. Proven experience as a delivery driver, with a track record of safe and punctual deliveries
3. Able to lift and carry heavy items, as well as perform routine tasks related to loading and unloading
4. Familiarity with local routes, ability to use GPS or navigation tools effectively
