Job Description:
- Clients Management and Sales – Liaising with clients to identify their needs and follow up with suitable proposals and quotations. Establish new sales opportunities using various sales prospecting channels
- Client Communication and Relationship Management
- Provide Professional Customer Service and Advice to Clients
- Proposal Writing, Quotation, Invoicing and Payments
- Events Planning and Coordination – Liaising with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event execution
- Work with Marketing Team for marketing strategies and promotions
Job Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of relevant Events experience
- Meticulous and great attention to details
- Highly organized with good time management skills
- Strong communication skills – verbal, written and presentations
- Proactive and independent
- Demonstrate a high level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suites applications
