Job Responsibility
- To wash, cut, and prepare foods designated for cooking, and to verify that the prepared food meets the require quality and quantity.
- To adhere strictly to all established standard operating procedures.
- Ensure the dishes made are in accordance to the recipe used
- Prepare daily mis-en-place and food production in different sections of the main kitchen
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene and safety
- Perform all other ad-hoc as assigned by management and supervisors
Requirements
- Professional Certificate in Food & Beverage or equivalent
- Good understanding of food, health, and safety regulations
- Able to lift heavy items
- Able to work on Weekends and Public Holidays
- Good communication skills
