Temp Executive - Dept of Finance

The appointee will be part of the Finance team and be responsible for duties primarily related to Assets.



Responsibilities:-

  • Be part of the team in implementing an Asset Management System (AMS)
  • Schedule timetable, brief and guide users in the asset tagging process
  • Print asset labels and manage the AMS hardware to ensure there are sufficient equipment being circulated for users to perform asset tagging
  • Ensure asset tagging by users are completed within the stipulated time allocated
  • Address user queries which may arise in the process of asset tagging
  • Any other works which may arise in the process of AMS project implementation


Requirements:-

  • Preferably 2 years of relevant experience with some IT knowledge
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Able to operate basis software and hardware tools such as the AMS software, asset tag printer, asset tag scanner and mobile phone reader
  • Good team player who is self-motivated and can complete task within deadlines set
  • Able to work independently
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess problem solving skills



Working Hours:

Mon - Thur 8.30am-6.00pm

Fri 8.30am-5.30pm
