- Your main responsibility is to provide support in the regulatory compliance management program and other corporate governance/ audit related matters
- Handle expense report processing, reconciliation, and ensure timely follow-up
- Compile and organize presentation materials
- Facilitating board and committee meetings and generating meeting minutes
- Additional administrative tasks or any other miscellaneous duties assigned
skills and experience required
- Min Bachelor Degree holder
- Possess related experience in corporate secretarial or law firm
- Independent, meticulous and effective time management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
