- Study customer behaviour, preferences, persona, and purchase patterns through
- CRM and data analytics tools.
- Responsible for customer loyalty programs such as rewards, incentives, and
- exclusive offers.
- Evaluate and report on key CRM metrics, such as customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value etc.
- Create attractive and personalized loyalty program communications, including email campaigns, in-app messaging, and targeted offers.
- Handle and conceptualize marketing campaigns via new and existing channels to create, build and maintain strong customer loyalty and relationships.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in handling a medium to large scale B2C CRM implementation project in an E-Commerce/Retail/Fashion Industry.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and platforms.
