Clinic Therapist work includes -
- Perform hands on aesthetic therapist duties for patient’s face, body and scalp: e.g. Medical facial, HIFU treatments, microneedling etc
- Preparation of patients for aesthetics treatments done by doctor: e.g. cleansing of face, applying numbing cream, applying serum on hair/face, photo taking etc
- Assist doctor in medical procedures and surgery.
OR
Clinic Receptionist work includes -
- Manage/Assist front desk work: scheduling appointments, answering phone calls/e-mails/text messages, following up with patients on results and side effects from treatments/products, registration of patients, dispensing of drugs and collection of payment
- Handling difficult patients and complaint cases
- (If required) Assist doctor during surgery days – i.e. Sterilizing procedure equipment
- Open to doing therapist work i.e. medical facials, applying serum on patients, etc
Job Description:
- 5.5 days work per week
- Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm. Saturday 9am to 1pm.
- Ad hoc duties assigned by Doctor/Manager

Team player 5. High EQ and high tact 6. Possesses excellent customer service skills – pleasant as you will be representing our clinic 7. Good spoken and written English. Will be an advantage if you can converse well in Mandarin, Malay and Bahasa. 8. Basic computer skills.
