Job Description:
Assist in handling:
- All aspects of corporate secretarial work of portfolio of clients
- Maintain Statutory Registers and Minutes Books
- Drafting of minutes and resolutions
- Handle all ACRA BizFile transactions
- Prepare XBRL
- Perform client due diligence check and compliance with ACRA AML/CFT requirements
Qualifcation:
- Diploma in Business Studies/Admin
- Must have a good command of English and communication skills
- Knowledge of accounting and tax will be an advantage
- Interest candidate with no experience but with right attitude can also apply as training will be provided
