ROLE CONTRIBUTION
1. In order to contribute to the you are to:
1.1. Manage specific tasks assigned by organizing, controlling and reporting as required
1.2.Ensure effective communication across various internal Projects' members to allow the timely exchange of the information required to perform assigned tasks.
1.3. Ensure that delegation throughout the team enables quick and well-informed decisionmaking
while maintaining an appropriate level of control.
1.4. Support the PMT members to remain focused on Project Objectives
2. In order to contribute to the project delivery as per plan, you are to:
2.1. Cascade the Project objectives/ targets to the Project team and ensure they are well
understood.
2.2. Coordinate resolution of issues.
2.3. Ensure the Management of Change process is followed
2.4. Report on a regular basis all key information to the Project Manager.
2.5. Ensure corrective actions are in place.
