Boasting one of the largest family communities in Singapore and growing fast in SEA, we are looking for self-driven, innovative, and collaborative Marketing and Events Manager (Affluent segment) to help drive this growth story.

Responsibilities

  • Strategise and create multi-channel marketing plans targeting the affluent/HNW segment – including via paid advertising, community seeding, KOL collaboration, events, referral programmes and partnerships, etc – to meet business objectives.
  • Develop an events strategy and calendar of physical and virtual events such as seminars/webinars, hospitality events, product launch events, etc, that contribute to business goals.
  • End-to-end planning and execution of events including venue and vendor sourcing, speaker management, KOL invite and management, gift sourcing, budgeting, content development, creation of event webpages, marketing to drive attendance, logistics, on-site handling, etc.
  • Create and execute digital marketing campaigns to attract qualified prospects and leads, including via paid advertising on LinkedIn/XiaoHongShu/Meta/Google/Tiktok.
  • Develop a customer engagement plan including creation of engagement materials such as eDMs/Whatsapp messages, webpages, blog content, thought leadership content, etc, to constantly nurture leads and drive conversion.
  • Constantly monitor leads and conversion, be agile in optimising campaigns, changing creatives/content/channels as needed, understanding drop-out points throughout the journey and troubleshoot accordingly.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing activities, and share meaningful learnings to the business regularly.
  • Proactively identify gaps and opportunities through regular competitive intelligence gathering.
  • Min. 6 years of marketing experience
  • Hands-on experience in events management for affluent segments is a must
  • Able to work on weekends if there are events (off in-lieu will be accorded)
  • Proven track record in generating qualified leads from performance marketing efforts especially on LinkedIn and XiaoHongShu
  • Prior experience in high-end property / investments / luxury brands industry will be an added advantage
  • Existing contacts with appropriate KOLs or luxury brands that we can partner with will be an added advantage
  • Excellent time management and project management; able to multitask and handle multiple projects at the same time
  • Good interpersonal skills to deal with different types of clients, internal colleagues and stakeholders
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented
