Logistics Specialist

Masimo Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd.

Duties & Responsibilities


• Manage order entry

• Receive and log customer orders received by phone, fax, and email

• Check pricing corresponds to contracts or quotes

• Check other details on customer orders, including addresses, terms, part IDs, part descriptions

• Contact customer or Masimo sales specialists for incorrect or incomplete orders

• Enter sales order details into the ERP system, including customer orders, sales demonstration equipment & product samples for customer evaluations

• Follow-up with customer on order status & backlog orders as needed

• Liaise with Masimo international internal resources and manage backorder status

• Respond to customer queries on pricing, PODs, shipment tracking, copy paperwork

• Liaise with relevant departments (internal and external) to resolve order and delivery issues

• Set-up new customers in Masimo ERP system

• Shipping Sales Orders

• Pick, pack and ship customer orders, confirming correct pricing and delivery details

• Liaise with couriers for on-time deliveries and shipments

• Check and sign off on Carriers invoices

• Receiving goods; receive in stock replenishment orders to ERP system. Visually inspect, unpack and place on shelves

• Manage customer questions or concerns regarding order status or other related issues.

• Coordinate with appropriate staff to resolve client concerns or issues relative to ongoing/completed projects or quality issues.

• Stocktaking and stock management


Minimum & Preferred Qualifications and Experience:


• At least 2 years of experience with logistics, 5+ years preferred

• Experience interacting with external customers as well as internal departments

• Great organization skills


Preferred Qualifications


• Experience with ERP preferred


Education


Bachelor Degree preferred


Physical requirements/Work Environment


This position primarily works outside of a traditional office environment, making frequent customer contact on a daily basis. It requires frequent sitting, standing, walking and lifting (must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds). Daily use of a computer and other computing and digital devices is required. May stand for extended periods when facilitating meetings or walking in the facilities. Must be able to travel extensively (both domestically and locally), so the ability to operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid
