Job Responsibilities
- Plan and manage regional programs, projects and events.
- Organize and conduct annual Motivational Programs
- Liaise with internal and external functional teams to ensure project deadlines are met
- Strong teamwork to collaborate with functional teams to ensure project are successfully launched
- Generate new ideas and assist in strategy development towards the future of aftersales business
- Monitor and analyse regional key performance index (KPI) to identify potential opportunities for profit maximisation
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Economics/Business with preferably 1-2 years of working experience
- Strong passion in car aftersales
- Motivated, driven, problem-solver, and have strong communication skills
- Able to think out of the box and be flexible to changes
- Strong in MS Excel (Pivot, Vlookup), Word, Powerpoint
- Able to travel overseas
- Open to new learning opportunities
