Responsibilities
- Initiate, set-up and structuring of initiatives and projects on people, process and technology
- Monitor the progress and delivery of change initiatives and project delivery in Asia
- Identify and track remediation of (potential) issues in delivery of change initiatives in Asia
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness.
- Perform risk assessment with project implementation
- Regular and timely update stakeholders on status, risk, and issues
- Identifying and managing project dependencies
- Maintain regular contact with other change experts within Asia and HO for alignment and updates on the roadmap and projects.
- Manage vendors and project resources including all necessary logistic.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor/Master’s degree
- Fluent in English (verbal and writing)
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- Experience in an international Wholesale Banking environment
- Good understanding of wholesale banking products, processes, and technology solutions
- Good business analysis and project management experience and skillset
