Key Responsibilities:
(1) Employer Branding
- Revamp and upkeep of the Careers and LinkedIn website in line with latest Employer Brand value proposition.
- Embark on media asset creation (web and print) arising from new Employer Brand.
- Launch an Employer Brand campaign (above-the-line and below-the-line) through relevant media buys.
- Identify suitable award categories to participate in to position an employer of choice and working with internal stakeholders to prepare audits, articles and award submissions.
- Manage the Employer Brand Ambassador programme.
- Formulate and design a Employer Branding Marketing Portfolio. The Portfolio will consist of competitive research and information of our employee initiatives and how can anchor itself as an innovative employer.
- Coordinate event management for key Employer Branding events, such as networking sessions, learning journeys, career talks and open house.
(2) Campus Recruitment / Early Careers Programmes
- Assist the Early Careers (Scholarship) Team lead for the Scholarship Programme, including the recruitment of candidates during the annual Scholarship Cycle (Jan-Apr), onboarding of new scholar awardees (Aug-Sep) and assuming the role of the Scholarship Liaison officer (year-round point-of-contact for scholarship-related queries and assistance).
- Help to ideate, plan and execute early careers projects and events from time to time including but not limited to helping on communications, sourcing of venue, logistic arrangements, managing registrations, database consolidation, and other operational support as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, marketing, communications, social sciences, human resource management.
- 3-4 years of prior working experience.
- Strong communicator (written and verbal) with persuasive and influencing skills.
- Demonstrate some knowledge and understanding of digital marketing platforms.
- Campus engagement experience is a plus.
- Able to handle multiple projects and stakeholders, with attention to details and the ability to prioritize competing demands.
- Able to be self-directed, independent and confident in navigating ambiguity and work processes.
