systemsGo is now conducting interviews to fill the position of IT Support Engineer. This is a full- time position in our fast-growing office in Singapore, and comes with standard benefits. Successful candidates will work alongside our team of young professionals to provide desktop engineering support to our prestigious clients.
Responsibilities:
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support at client office
•
Provide helpdesk and remote support
•
Complete project tasks as instructed by client or internal projects
•
Occasional after-hours work with appropriate compensation
Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology preferred
•
Pro-active, customer focused, and comfortable dealing with end users directly
•
Able to describe issues clearly to end users and client management, and report on results effectively
•
2+ years experience in IT helpdesk role or technical support role
•
Comfortable working in a team
•
Microsoft certification preferred
•
Experience with Microsoft365, Windows10 upgrade, IP phones, Sharepoint, etc
•
Mac OS X knowledge or support experience preferred
•
Experience with help desk/ticketing systems
•
Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology is preferred but not essential
