About The Role
As a Videographer at NorthStar Creative, you will be at the forefront of crafting visually aesthetic videos for our clients. Your role will involve shooting and creating captivating footage, shaping lights, and collaborating with our creative teams to plan and execute video shoots. You'll be able to showcase your skills on production sets, including camera work, lighting, and sound recording. If you're a versatile videographer with a passion for storytelling and a strong desire to create visually stunning content, we look forward to meeting you.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality video content for marketing campaigns and social media platforms.
- Organise, plan, and assist in photo & video shoots, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Follow specific directions and execute creative concepts according to the provided guidelines.
- Work closely with creative teams and clients to plan and execute video shoots, ensuring
- project objectives align.
- Continuously research trending visual techniques and filming ideas to stay at the forefront of filmmaking techniques.
- Keep up with the latest trends on social media platforms and assist in conceptualising video content ideas.
- Involvement in pre-production, production, and post-production processes, including conceptualisation, storyboarding, filming, and video editing.
- Maintain and be responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of company-owned and rented filming and lighting equipment.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Video Production, Mass Communications, Multimedia, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the video production or media industry; fresh grads may also apply.
- Proficiency in filming, lighting, and audio setup.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve and After Effects.
- Willingness to learn Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Lightroom is a bonus.
- Creative, quick-thinking, and able to problem-solve under pressure.
- Passionate about storytelling and content creation.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen aesthetic sense.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Location
Singapore office
Depending on operational requirements and the nature of activities and events, there may be instances where the job requires
you to work off-site and participate in photography and marketing events.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (SGT)
