Responsibilities:
- Prepare for monthly Disciplinary Committee meetings and support deviation hearings.
- Deliver companywide Market Conduct standards training.
- Conduct reviews of potential market misconduct indicators.
- Lead investigations into market misconduct referred to the firm.
- Drive process enhancements in the sales compliance team through participation in corporate initiatives.
- Provide guidance to juniors in the team, and review investigation reports.
- Provide information for reference checks on ex-Financial Planners.
Requirements:
- Min. 4 years of experience within the insurance industry, with a background in Distribution Compliance.
- Hold a Diploma or Degree in finance, business, etc.
- Possess professional qualifications e.g. CMFAS Exams (M5, M9, M9A, CHI, M8, M8A), Life Insurance Diploma, FLMI.
- Operate independently with minimal guidance.
- Exhibit efficient written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess a team player mindset.
- Demonstrate proficiency in the Microsoft suite.
